Had originally planned to use this web site for family storage and distribution of eBooks in the iBook format. However, iBooks tend to be 15-35 times larger than other formats so I decided to post ePUB versions of my library content for reading by family members.

Most of these books are based on Project Gutenberg public domain downloads which are edited to remove all Project Gutenberg references, stored as iBooks projects, and finally published in the ePUB file format for posting to this site. These ePUB files may be read on any Apple device having the iBooks app installed. Please note that while these public domain sourced files may be used without restriction, other files posted to this site may still be under copyright in the US and were formatted for personal use only. These latter files may not be re-distributed to the public.

Since files are primarily posted for grandchildren, grandnephews, and grandnieces attending grade or high school, I plan to include Flesch Reading Ease and Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level scores so parents can better gauge which files are most appropriate for budding readers.
